Marriott Koolina Beach Club is made up of three towers surrounding a number of pools and outdoor areas. Each tower houses around 200 units. There are two restaurants within the resort. There are a few other resorts in the Koolina area where you can enjoy an array of dining options.

Summary of Marriott Koolina 2BR unit
The unit is very spacious, at around 1,200 square feet. Up to 8 people can stay in this unit since there is a sofa bed in the living room. The unit we are showing you in this article is room number 31204, located in the Hale Naia building. It is on the 12th floor and although categorized as a Mountain View, you can luckily see a bit of the ocean (not all mountain views have this lucky feature).

Splitting the unit into a 1BR and studio
If you own a weekly interval at Marriott Koolina Beach Club, you are able to split the unit into a 1BR and studio and stay in each unit for 1 week each. So you have the option of staying in a 2BR unit for 1 week or you can extend it to 2 weeks by splitting it into 1 BR unit and a studio unit. Please beware that in order to book two weeks consecutively could be tricky, especially during high season (summer, christmas time etc).
Living room (unit 31204)
As mentioned earlier, Marriott Koolina’s 2 bedroom units are around 1,200 sq feet in size. The living room is an open plan layout where you have the kitchen, dining area and living room in one big space. The bedrooms are separate from the living room.
Kitchen (unit 31204)
In the 2 bedroom unit, there is a full kitchen with an oven, cook top, microwave, fridge/freezer, and a dishwasher. You will have access to a range of pots, plates, kitchen tools, and utensils. The 2 bedroom unit comes with a washer and dryer so you don’t need to go down to the laundry room.

Master bedroom (unit 31204)
The master bedroom has a king size bed, a desk, a tv. It has its own bathroom and powder room as well as a separate bathroom with shower. This bedroom does not have a lanai but the windows overlook the pool/ocean.
Guest bedroom (unit 31204)
The guest bedroom has a king size bed, a sofabed, a desk, a tv. It comes with a semi-private bathroom/bathtub (anybody in the unit can access it from the kitchen side). as well as a separate bathroom with shower. This bedroom has a balcony that overlook the pool/ocean.
Marriott Koolina Beach Club – Facilities (pools, BBQ area, & gym)
The resort has a range of pools including an adult only (quiet) pool, family pool with a slider, and a large pool with a lagoon for the little ones.
There are multiple BBQ areas on the resort. One has an exceptionally beautiful view!
There is a gym too right by the pool for those wanting to exercise.
Restaurants at Marriott Koolina Beach Club
There are two restaurants on Marriott Koolina Beach Club. The famous Longhi’s, a great place for lunch and Longboards Bar & Grill for pupus, dinner, and drinks.
