There are currently two restaurants in Aulani. They are "Makahiki" and "Ama ama". Disney occasionally change the rules regarding restaurant reservation but as of April 2023, reservation period depend on whether you have a resort reservation (stay) or not. If you have a resort reservation, you can make a dining reservation 30 days in advance. If you do not have a resort reservation, you can make a dining reservation from only 15 days in advance.
